BUSINESS NETWORK SUPPORT
We support Microsoft Windows Server-based networks for small businesses.

COMPUTERS & SOFTWARE
We most commonly work with our DELL sales team to prepare servers, desktop, and laptop computers and software quotes for our customers and then have them order directly from DELL. Software and licenses we order from distributors.

Our two largest clients are non-profit organization and we help them take advantage of TechSoup and other ways to stretch their IT dollars.

HOME COMPUTER SUPPORT
We support home and home office computers for many of our business clients. We set up a lot of wired and wireless home networks in Brownstones and apartments for desktops, laptops, and printers. We do a lot of virus and malware removal, installation of protection software, and most importantly backup software such as Norton Ghost and Symantec Backup Exec.

We help users set up remote access to their computers at work with VPNs and other technoloies.

WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES
We register a lot of domain names for our customers and set up their website and email hosting.

We use Dreamweaver, ColdFusion and SQL Server for our website development, and we often shoot and edit our own photographs, videos, and virtual reality photography, for use on the websites and training materials we produce.

MULTIMEDIA
We've produced CDROM and DVD multimedia presentations using Macromedia Director, Pinnacle Studio 8, and ProShow Gold including designing the packaging and managing the mass-production.

TRAINING
Stewart Newfeld, our president, has many years of classroom teaching experience at New York University's Information Technologies Institute, and experience running a help desk in support of online education classes.

EBAY
We have extensive experience selling on ebay and training others to do the same.

CLIENT LOCATIONS
Most of our clients are clustered near downtown Brooklyn or mid-town Manhattan, but we do support clients throughout Brooklyn, Staten Island, Queens and the Bronx.

Website Design

We design websites to meet the various needs of small business clients.

Some are large, elaborate, dynamic database-driven sites that we've designed from scratch and after years performed make-overs to accomodate customers changing to larger screens and higher speed connections.

Some are designed to sell goods and services, with very specific search engine positioning issues in mind.

Some are as simple as one page.
